CHIEF ARBITER
A chief arbiter is the senior-most official in charge of enforcing the rules and regulations of a rated chess tournament.
FAIR PLAY OFFICER
A Fair Play top specialist who can run an event on his/her own, by first devising the security plan and then implementing it.
ORGANIZER
Local Organizing Committee for events which may hold one or more titles.
e.g Tournament Director, International Organizer, and Interns etc.
