Grand Master. Nigel D Short Visits Namibia
The Namibia Chess Federation is proud to Welcome GM Nigel Short back to the Land of the Brave.
The 3 Time Commonwealth Chess Champion Will be visiting Namibia and NCF as part of Chess Development initiative across Africa and the rest of the world.
His visit is going to be part of FIDE’s great initiative to promote the growth and development of chess in African countries. His visit is set to be a memorable one as he will be playing a simu against 10 men and 10 women on the 9th of November. He is also going to be visiting atleast 2 schools totalling over 80 chess students on the very same day. He will also be sharing some of the tips on how to win on all 6 continents, how to win the commonwealth games 3 times and how to reach the world championship finals.
